This is the website of the Drew family: ex-pats from England, living in deepest, darkest Switzerland. We live in an apartment with a view of the Alps, 20 minutes from the Ski slopes, and at all times are surrounded by cows with bells.

We are currently organising a move back to blighty - Alan has the good fortune of receiving a job offer from Queen Mary, University of London. From September 2008, we will be an ex-ex-pat family, living in the leafy commuter belt around London.

Alan's political views stem around a hatred of Labour and Socialism, in all its guises. This makes him conservative with a small "c", although he supports the party of the same name (big "C").

The photography you see here is mostly by Alan. This website is currently under development, with large sections missing content. Future developments include an improved front-page, the removal of the "Academic" section (it will be moved to another server), more content (more regularly updated) in the Family section and a better overall design.
